Cheryl Cardall is a passionate advocate and educator for mental health as well as a community builder and parent coach. Her podcast Fight like a Mother which focuses on mental health and parenting kids with extra challenges. It was born out of an unmet need she felt as her children started to deal with mental illness. Cheryl and her family are well acquainted with mental health challenges and she is right in the trenches alongside you in this battle. She is a mom of 5 ages 13-24 and has been married to her husband David for 27 years.
Ember is a life and relationship coach, speaker and podcaster who is passionate about helping individuals that love someone who struggles with mental health. With a degree in Psychology and Education, and as a certified Coach, Ember is well-equipped to help her clients achieve confidence, clarity, and connection. Ember has been married for 25 years, is the mother of 5 children and loves lots of people who struggle with mental health. She loves spending time with her family, appreciating God’s creations in nature, playing the ukulele, dancing, reading and wearing fun shoes!
